These General Terms and Conditions of Use (hereinafter, the “Conditions”) regulate access to and use of the Website. For the purposes of these Conditions, the Website shall mean the external appearance of the screen interfaces (both static and dynamic), the navigation structure, and all elements integrated into both the interfaces and navigation tree (hereinafter, “Content”), as well as any online services or resources offered to users (hereinafter, “Services”).

Vereness reserves the right to modify the appearance, configuration, and functionality of the Website, Content, or Services at any time and without prior notice. The User acknowledges and agrees that Vereness may, at any time, deactivate or discontinue any of these elements.

Access to the Website is generally free of charge for the User, except for the cost of the internet connection provided by the User’s service provider.

Some Content or Services may require prior subscription or user registration.

Vereness displays and sells graphic artworks / graphic art (such as giclées, lithographs, serigraphs, posters, etc.) and other art- and decor-related products created by various artists or copyright holders. The intellectual property rights of these works remain with their respective authors, heirs, foundations, or legal owners. Vereness does not claim ownership of these works and uses them solely for informational and commercial purposes, with full respect for intellectual property rights.
